Pisco Sour Cocktail
Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Pisco
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Add all ingredients and dry shake first. (That means to shake without ice.)
- Add ice and shake very hard.
- Strain into a large coupe glass.
- Garnish with Angostura bitters.
