Ingredients
- 14.4 ounce package graham crackers
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 cups shaved coconut
- 1 cup crumbled graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Grind graham crackers and butter in a food processor.
- Scoop the crust mixture into a 9x9 baking pan and mold into the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk, shaved coconut, graham cracker crumbles, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
- Mix until all ingredients are coated in condensed milk.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool completely before cutting and serving.
