  • 1 avocado
  • 2 kiwifruits
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 11 cups frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
  1. In blender, combine avocado, kiwifruit, yogurt, and pineapple and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
