Experience

Growing up, Bridget's love of food was influenced by her family heritage and the diverse influences in her community. She found her passion for cooking early on and sought out challenging, adventurous recipes. While attending university, she was an intern at Honolulu Magazine, covering local events and the unique Waikīkī food scene. She began working as a server during college, transitioning to winery work when she moved back to California. Bridget balances freelance writing with her continued work in the wine and spirit industry, playing with new recipes at home and exploring interesting food spots around town and on her travels.

Bridget graduated from Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in English.
