Audrey has been a professional writer and editor for nine years. Since the summer of 2023, she has edited features, news articles, and recipes for Chowhound, The Daily Meal, Food Republic, Mashed, and Tasting Table. Previously, she held a variety of editorial positions at the independent arts-and-culture magazine SLUG Magazine (based out of Salt Lake City, Utah), of which she was the managing editor from 2022–23. Prior to shifting her focus toward editing and food-related publications, her writing centered around art criticism and has appeared in various well-regarded publications, including the Utah Arts Review and Visit Salt Lake.
Education
Audrey has a bachelor's degree in English literature and music theory & composition from Westminster University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
