Sweetfin Poke Collaborates With BØRNS On New Poke Bowl

It was only a matter of time until a beloved electro-pop artist collaborated with a poke restaurant on an exclusive bowl of marinated raw fish, and now it has happened! Sweetfin Poke has announced a collaboration with Garret Borns, better known as BØRNS. The occasion is the new album Blue Madonna, which is out today. Borns is a Michigan native who now lives in Los Angeles, where he became a fan of the poke chain, which now has seven locations. Sweetfin's chef Dakota Weiss worked with Borns to create a bowl that reflects the music on the new album, which has already gained acclaim thanks to a collaboration with Lana Del Rey on the lead track, "God Save Our Young Blood." Of course, the bowl also features some of the singer and multi-instrumentalist's favorite toppings.

The bowl features sustainably caught Albacore with golden beets, golden edamame shoots, Green Dragon apples, forbidden rice and a Forest Berry Anise Ponzu sauce. It's available now through February 28 at any Sweetfin Poke location.
