Miami Thai hotspot NaiYaRa serves up a brunch dish that shows how far a little creativity goes in fusion cuisine. Steak and egg breakfast sushi, anyone? Executive Chef Danny Khoetchapalayook took inspiration from American breakfast staples like steak and eggs when creating this Japanese-inspired sushi for NaiYaRa's brunch menu. It features thin slices of flash-seared Wagyu on top of seasoned rice, topped with a sunny-side quail egg.
