This Video Of Dale Talde Riffing On Pizza Is A Pizza Day Miracle!

Dale Talde is the Jordan-wearing, sports team–representing, strongly opinionated dude whose culinary chops have taken him from Top Chef to the top of NYC's restaurant world. At his latest venture, Massoni, named after one of his partners in the Three Kings restaurant group, Talde unexpectedly takes an Italian turn, even serving a Detroit-style pizza that is making the restaurant, located in Manhattan's new Arlo NoMad hotel, a dining destination. To honor a food holiday (something we usually avoid doing), FR brought a camera crew to talk all things pizza with Talde for National Pizza Day, which is in fact today.
