The popular Brooklyn BBQ Blowout is back for another season, and Food Republic is happy to partner with the team for a fourth year. As a refresher, the summer events are hosted by our dudes at Finger on the Pulse and feature guest chefs, guest DJs and quality beer (in various quantities). Last night, the year’s first event took place at Good Company in Williamsburg, featuring Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co., who served up grilled fish tacos with fresh-made tortilla chips and Gustavo’s salsa. All of that went down perfectly with beer from Brooklyn Brewery and Jameson Irish Whiskey, both sponsors of the event.
