UK fashion designer Sir Paul Smith has never been one to shy away from mixing bright colors and repetitive patterns. So it’s not much of a surprise that his offering for Jamie Oliver and London design firm Fritz Hansen’s BIG Chair Project features apples, bananas and grapes in vivid hues on the back side, with a front showcasing cakes and puddings.

The project also features designs by Matthew Williamson, Superdry, Christopher Bailey and Quentin Blake, as well as a chair by Oliver. The chairs will be auctioned off through the Better Food Foundation to celebrate and help continue to fund Oliver’s 10-year-old London restaurant Fifteen, which trains unemployed youths to become professional chefs.

The project launched today. More photos and information at the BIG Chair Project facebook page.
