The GO Burger UltiMelt
Two pieces of rye bread, lightly toasted. Caramelized onions. Bacon. Melted gruyère cheese. And meat. A big, juicy patty, made from a blend of sirloin, short rib, chuck, and brisket—100 % Angus beef. That's all you need to know about this variation of the patty melt from GO Burger, the new concept from BLT Restaurant Group.
The group already owns BLT Burger shops in NYC and Las Vegas, but GO Burger, with its first location on LA's Sunset Blvd and a second on NYC's Upper East Side, aims to showcase not only burgers and fries, but drinks (shakes and spiked ice cream floats) and design—CCS Architecture outfitted the handsome space with subway tiles and a white oak and walnut bar.
But today we're here to talk burgers, and this one's worth salivating over. That's why it's our Burger of the Week.
