Taco Bell Debuts Cravings Value Menu With 6 Brand New Items
Taco Bell just announced a new, revitalized Cravings Value Menu featuring ten "crave-able" items, six of which are brand new additions to the menu. Each item will retail for under $3, with many available for just a buck. Four of the new Cravings Value Menu items are seasoned beef dishes.
The Double Stacked Taco is a crunchy taco shell filled with beef, fiesta strips, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese glued to a soft tortilla with nacho cheese sauce for $1.99. For $2.19, customers can order the Stacker, a flour tortilla folded around beef, nacho cheese sauce, and a three-cheese shredded blend. The Cheesy Double Beef Burrito has double the seasoned beef found in the Beefy Melt Burrito and contains rice, nacho cheese sauce, fiesta strips, a three-cheese blend, and reduced-fat sour cream in a tortilla for $2.79. If you are looking for a sharable snack, Taco Bell now offers Loaded Beef Nachos topped with beans, nacho cheese sauce, red sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, and guacamole for $2.99.
Customers interested in white meat have two new Cravings Value Menu options, starting with the 3-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, retailing for $2.29. Grilled chicken is folded in soft flatbread topped with a chipotle sauce and a three-cheese blend. The Chicken Enchilada Burrito also contains grilled chicken with seasoned rice, Taco Bell's red sauce, a three-cheese mix, and reduced-fat sour cream in a soft tortilla for $2.49.
Vegetarian options at Taco Bell
Along with the recently launched vegan nacho fries, Taco Bell is adding four of its Mexican-inspired vegetarian and flexitarian options to its Cravings Value Menu: the Cheesy Roll Up (three-cheese blend melted in a flour tortilla) for $1.19, the Spicy Potato Soft Taco (potato bites, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and chipotle sauce in a flour tortilla) for $1.29, the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito (nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and seasoned rice in a flour tortilla) for $1.49, and the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes (seasoned potatoes topped with nacho cheese sauce and reduced-fat sour cream served in a bowl) for $2.49.
The chain also announced that it's permanently adding a Veggie Build-Your-Own-Cravings-Box to its menu for $5.99. This meal is only available for orders placed on Taco Bell's website or through the app. Customers can personalize their vegetarian meal, selecting one vegetarian specialty item (Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, Black Bean Chalupa, or Cheese Quesadilla), one classic item (Bean Burrito, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, or Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito), one side dish (chips and nacho cheese sauce, Cinnamon Twists, or Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes), and a medium fountain drink.
The new Cravings Value Menus are only available at participating U.S. Taco Bell locations, so check with your local Taco Bell for prices, exclusions, and participation. While its vegetarian options are certified by the American Vegetarian Association, some locations may use the same frying oil for meat dishes, so be aware of the potential for cross-contamination.
