Red Lobster's Ultimate Endless Shrimp Just Got More Endless
For almost two decades, Red Lobster has been serving its Ultimate Endless Shrimp special for a limited time in restaurants, getting giddy fans excited to come in and chow down on their favorite dishes. Now, fans don't need to anxiously await its temporary return, as the seafood chain just announced via press release that the Ultimate Endless Shrimp special has been permanently added to the menu.
The meal costs only $20 for an all-day selection of shrimp, a side, and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. This is a fantastic deal, because the Create Your Own Combination meal usually costs more, and you can only get two servings of shrimp instead of unlimited. This is a slight change from the limited-time offer of the Ultimate Endless Shrimp special in 2022, where the dish was brought back alongside two specialty shrimp options, Argentine Red Shrimp and the new Parmesan-Bacon Shrimp Scampi. Although these two specialty dishes aren't returning, the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo has been brought back permanently alongside the Ultimate Endless Shrimp special.
A variety of shrimp dishes to choose from
When you order the Ultimate Endless Shrimp meal, you will be given two servings of your choice between Red Lobster's Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, Walt's Favorite Shrimp, and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. After that, your server will bring you additional servings one at a time until you are filled up.
But this isn't the last time you will hear about the Ultimate Endless Shrimp special according to Patty Trevino, the Chief Marketing Officer for Red Lobster. Trevino said in a press release "...we'll be 'dropping' more Ultimate Endless Shrimp℠ excitement later this year," in a response to why the company decided to make the special truly endless. Some have suspected that some of Red Lobsters' seasonal shrimp dishes like Nashville Hot Shrimp will still be offered later in the year, but nothing has been set in stone by the company, at least officially. That being said, only time will tell what's in store for the future of this great combo, and we're ready for it.
