  • 2 bunches ramps
  • 4 cups white vinegar
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 ounces peppers:
Directions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the vinegar and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the peppers and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour over cleaned ramps to cover. Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
