Open-Faced Deviled Glazed Ham Sandwich

Ingredients
1/2 pound leftover glazed ham
6 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce (cayenne sauce works great in this recipe)
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 scallions
bread of your choice
chopped parsley
cornichons or other pickles
white onion
Directions
Lightly pulse the ham in food processor until finely chopped (see photo below).
Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and fold until well-incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread on toast and garnish as desired. The leftover ham will keep, tightly covered in a container, in the fridge for three days.
