Open-Faced Deviled Glazed Ham Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound leftover glazed ham
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (cayenne sauce works great in this recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 scallions
  • bread of your choice
  • chopped parsley
  • cornichons or other pickles
  • white onion
Directions
  1. Lightly pulse the ham in food processor until finely chopped (see photo below).
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and fold until well-incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spread on toast and garnish as desired. The leftover ham will keep, tightly covered in a container, in the fridge for three days.
