Jeremiah Tower: The Last Magnificent Is Now Available On iTunes

For those who didn't catch Jeremiah Tower: The Last Magnificent at last year's Tribeca Film Festival or at this year's New York and Los Angeles theatrical releases, you're in for a treat.

Now available on iTunes, the documentary film directed by Lydia Tenaglia (co-owner of ZPZ, FR's parent company) and executive produced by Anthony Bourdain tells the tale of America's first celebrity chef, Jeremiah Tower. When first released on iTunes late last week, the film ranked first in Top Documentaries, second in Top Independent Movies and number 31 overall.

Tower emerged on the dining scene at famed Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California in 1972. He then went on to open Stars in San Francisco, disappeared for a bit and then tried to reinvent New York City's Tavern on the Green.
