The Wish List: Stylish European Design
This week we're showcasing favorite European designers who create clothes for anywhere from the club to the kitchen, plus some accessories. As we've shown you in the past, we're big fans of Kitsuné and A.P.C, two of the hottest contemporary French labels, but this week the focus is shifting onto young designers from all around Europe.
Although the House of Carven has been around since the 1940s, young Parisian designer Guillaume Henry (formally at Givenchy) was hired a couple seasons ago to breathe life into the brand. He brings an exciting new feel to the collections. Next up is Surface to Air, a young brand that is quintessentially Euro hip.
