"El Marrano" Michelada Cocktail

Named "The Pig," this version of a classic Michelada is straightforward and delicious. The bacon salt rim is such a great complement and turns this drink on its nose (or snout!). The El Morrano Michelada: Finally, a way to incorporate beer and bacon in the same glass.
Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 Mexican beer
  • Dimitri's Bacon Salt
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 bottle V-8 juice
  • lime wedges
Directions
  1. Rim pint glass with lime juice, then dip in Demitri's Bacon Salt.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add the juice of half a lime. 
  3. Fill glass 3/4 full with Corona or a similar Mexican beer. 
  4. Finish with V-8 juice (Use V-8 Hot & Spicy for an extra kick!). Garnish with a lime wedge.
